Browser Support and Viewing Issues

If you are having trouble viewing something through Blackboard or Blackboard Collaborate, please consider the following:

1.  Please use Firefox as your web browser; if you don’t have this, here is the link to download it:

2. If you prefer to not use Firefox, we recommend that you don’t use Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer cannot properly display Blackboard. You may find items missing from Grade Center and other problems.

3.  Make sure your Adobe Flash Plugin is up to date, you can get the newest version here:

4.  Make sure you have the latest Java version, you can download it here:
