i>clicker Support

Instructional Technology Services (ITS) and Aztec Shops host luncheons each semester to foster collaboration among faculty who use the i>clicker solutions. Faculty share tips, problems, ideas, and build a community of users to establish "best practices." ITS consultants are available to provide assistance to faculty using the i>clicker system. The Student Computing Center assists students (619.594.3189 or scc@rohan.sdsu.edu). In order to support i>clicker deployment and use, we will:

  • Offer one-on-one, departmental, and formal training
  • Provide resources, links, and guides
  • Manage the i>clicker program and software
  • Host lunch events for training and sharing
  • Distribute i>clicker software and hardware to faculty and TA's
  • Develop instructional materials including this question and activity resource guide

Any time you see the small question mark link on an i>clicker or i>grader screen, it will lead you to the help guide.
